Labelo Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you install Labelo on your Shopify store, we collect:

We do not collect or store any of your customers' personal information.

2. How we use it

To compute which labels/badges apply to each product and display them on your storefront.

3. Data deletion

When you uninstall Labelo, your shop record is marked as inactive. Within 30 days of uninstallation, all your data is permanently deleted. You can also request immediate deletion by emailing info@mochilab.jp.

4. GDPR compliance

We respond to Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks. Labelo does not store any customer PII, so data_request and customers/redact return empty responses; shop/redact triggers full deletion of your store's data.
